ObjectiveDelta three is one of the nations leading Voice Over IP (VoIP) network providers. We were tasked with completely overhauling their signup process with the aim of increasing subscriptions.
SolutionOur creative director met with their technical and business team. Together we devised a signup process that was intuitive, user friendly while still conforming to Delta Three’s business requirements. We ran several usability tests with participants from a range of socioeconomic demographic groups to ensure that we had the best-designed signup possible.
ResultsWe increased subscriptions to their VoIP services by on average 15% a month, each month for the first 6 months. As a result of this success we were asked to redesign their corporate site and their consumer site as well as designing the interface for their PC-2-Phone dialer application.
