SolutionAvatar New York developed Tag Heuer's internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This system allows TAG to maintain and update thousands of customer warranty registrations, update customer information, track customer requests, and facilitate segmenting of customer profiles, thereby allowing their marketing department to target a particular section of their customer base. Avatar New York designed a flexible database that supported the existing customer database while intergrating the new customer relationship management system functionality.
ResultsTAG Heuer can now easily manage customer requests, warrant information, and segmenting using one system, and can send mass mailings (or emails) based on customer demographics.
