



Objective
The American Payroll Association (APA) retained Avatar New York to redesign and rebuild their existing yet out-dated website. APA expressed three overriding concerns at the start of the project. 1) Site design should reflect the professionalism of their organization, 2) the site navigation should allow customers to quickly find important payroll information and products and 3) APA should have full control over the site’s content and complete flexibility in promoting and selling their products.
Solution
The overall success of this project stemmed from the teamwork between Avatar New York and APA. From discovery to design to development and testing, Avatar’s project managment team and APA staff worked cohesively to bring APA’s vision for their future site into focus. For a site of multi-faceted wire frames and intricate mapping, each stage of production required in-depth planning and coordination to ensure a well refined site that the client would be pleased with. Avatar New York liaised interdepartmentally with APA staff, ensuring the end solution was not only satisfactory, but exceeded the expected outcome.
Results
APA is thrilled to finally have a website that integrates all of their online business assets, while providing them with the necessary tools to grow and manage those assets. Their customers find the enhanced navigation system robust and the E-Commerce solutions easy to manage.
