Sapporo

industry: Retail & Consumer

Objective

Avatar New York was commissioned to redesign Sapporo Beer USA’s homepage and to update the look and feel of the site.

Solution

This fun and hypnotising redesign had Avatar New York’s design team nearly salivating. Avatar New York created the animated and video action script of a crisp, pouring beer and golden animated bubbles for Sapporo’s homepage. With classic flash pop up elements, viewers are reminded of the sophistication and fun of this universally acclaimed Nijo barley beer.

Results

The end result is a site that is so alluring viewers start looking like they’re wearing Sapporo goggles. Additionally, Avatar New York won the “Award of Excellence” for Branding by the 2008 14th Annual Communicator Awards.

What They're Saying
Sapporo hired Avatar New York to redesign the Sapporo USA website, http://www.sapporobeer.com. Avatar was tasked with restructuring the home page, which implements 'video in flash' for an innovative homepage that was literally fluid. The design was clever and appropriate, a fantastic way of highlighting our sponsored events. If you are looking for a web agency that leads in design and has the technical know-how to execute cutting edge websites, then Avatar New York is worthy of consideration.
